Don't try to be a superman, though. If you're feeling like it's getting to you then get the rest but on days you feel okay don't try to play too hard. That's what fucked me up early on, feeling too good after work and thinking it would be okay if I went to a party or stayed up later than usual. Ended up biting me in the ass. Figure out your routine and what works best for you and stick to it.
