Obviously, if 98% of your supermarket customer base is satisfied but there's always that one old granny who can't find her pickled artichoke hearts in red wine vinegar and paprika or whatever weird product, it's probably not right to change your entire supply model to accommodate her or else she "takes her business elsewhere". The problem is that one or two bad person acts like they're the vocal majority. They act like their opinion is everyone's opinion. And then they make threats about how they've always been a loyal customer for years now and they've never been treated this way and that they're going to tell all their friends about how they won't give her what she wants.
