Which is a good notion, but ignores statistics and averages. Obviously, if 98% of your supermarket customer base is satisfied but there's always that one old granny who can't find her pickled artichoke hearts in red wine vinegar and paprika or whatever weird product, it's probably not right to change your entire supply model to accommodate her or else she "takes her business elsewhere".
