Is the janitor not working hard? Your concern shouldn't be that the janitor makes too much. It should be that techs make too little. Don't keep others down because a completely different industry isn't paying right. No one wins in that case. So janitors make less...how did that help underpaid techs? Just to help them feel superior? And lol "poor guys they only make 6 figures!"....



Actually no, that Janitor does in fact make too much and he was gaming the system by working hours that was physically impossible to do so.

Bart is disgusting and filthy and is a shitty job, so they should definitely be paid well, but working 100 hour overtime a week will not lead to good work and he can't be everywhere at once.

You divide his salary by 3 and you can have 2 more people have well paying jobs and can make the station much cleaner.
