if you swing your camera low and try to look up her skirt, after a few moments she'll bat you away and give you a dirty look =)

I found a spot between two building roofs that worked great for this. I could swing the camera between the two buildings underneath with no problem. I tried doing it out in the open, but it was too finicky.
