I remember a topic from a year or two ago where a guy who claimed he was writing a book asked if "brisket boy" was offensive & it got uncomfortable/holocaust-y really quick. Hmm, why would it lead to that? The TC said the protagonist of his supposed book was jewish & asked if "brisket boy" was an offensive nickname for a jewish person, and according to some responses comparisons of jewish people to charred/burned meat are historically offensive & usually made in reference to the holocaust/crematoriums. IIRC the topic got modded after an hour or so. --- This episode was supposed to be about snake nerds!
