Yeah, it really is subjective. And in my case, no. I really wasn't going to college because I was working towards something bigger. I went because that's what everyone expected me to do - since everyone is told from infancy that if they don't go to college and get good grades then they will be a failure and a loser.

And I hated it. I won't go into why, but as it turns out, college isn't even the magic cure all that we were told anyway. And no matter what dumbasses may say, the system isn't even remotely efficient - you waste years of your life in school for painfully little return.

You don't "have to" go to college.
