Lowly flight attendants and airline personnel are becoming judge, jury and executioner, it's insane. Yes I do remember that story quite well. They have a policy for people riding for free or at a huge discount using employee benefits that requires professional attire and enforced that policy. Oh I see you're upset that airlines have policies and are then calling flight attendants and other workers following policy lowly people.
