I'm in much the same position. Ultimately, sooner or later, you have to reach a point where you just stop bitching about how unfair everything is (because life just sucks and things aren't going to magically bend to your will - even if you are right) and do something to change your life.

If you're anything like me, what you need most is to be moving. That requires physical exertion and a healthy diet. Lying around shut up inside all of the time is extremely detrimental to your health, and you just feel better when you're doing something. So quit making excuses and just make the steps necessary to move out. It's daunting, but it's for the best.

And if you're really serious, you're better off talking to real life people instead of an internet forum.
