| myzz7 04/09/17 11:13:41 AM #1: | out of choice and not because your water heater sucks i knew some guys at my local dojo take them saying it increased mental toughness, "was good for the soul" and gave them more energy and cleared out their head from anxiety or procrastination tendencies. what would be done is set your water temperature to lukewarm settings, take care of your washing and soaping stuff, then crank the cold dial overtime to see what you can take. throw in some deep breathing, meditative thinking, and come out when you had enough. tried it out myself and i think it does help. --- ...
