This is their way of condemning Trump's handling of Syria and other issues. If you follow the first link, it has their written message to Trump explaining it further, as well as the actual dump of the tools. The poor grammar in their letter is probably intentional, and a program such as Anonymouth was likely used to prevent it from being stylometrically analyzed. --- The first principle is that you must not fool yourself --- and you are the easiest person to fool. ...
