Is it a nutrition choice if theres no nutrition? Didn't that one guy eat nothing but food from mcdonald's for 30 days and got really fucked. He made that documentary, which name i don't remember right now. If you triee to live by their food for long term you would die, and before you do you get diabetes and shit ton of other health issues. Supersize me. But I've also seen a documentary that mentions it and says that the results he claimed were essentially impossible. He had to order like twice as much food as the Supersize me said he did to intake the number of calories he claimed he did.
