They only need to drill like 4 miles to reach the mantle <_< Also it seems strange to say it's not cost efficient since it's not like there are any other alternatives that get the same result. It costs however much it costs. Cost efficiency is something you worry about when comparing multiple options --- THIS IS WHAT I HATE A BOUT EVREY WEBSITE!!
