Topic	Flint invoicing people for water bills

Now, would you buy a home for sale in Flint, knowing that the entire city and surrounding area has poisonous, lead lined water? I'm pretty sure the poor people living there didn't move to Flint after the crisis came out? I was mocking his post, not asking that question seriously. Yeah, that is a pretty dumbfounding question.
