Why dont poor people just move? Well, why don't they? The government does not care, nobody is going to jail over this. Their only choice is to cut and run to other area's in the state.Through maybe they'll finally get cliean water after the government arrests them all for the unpaid bills and take their children away to the bloated as hell foster care system.
