"Jumping Jacks."

"You just want to see me bounce around," Raven says as she covers up with her cloak.

"N-No...!" you nervously defend. "I want to make sure you're staying in shape. Now c'mon."

You put the free weights away with magic before you lead Raven off to the side and stand face to face a couple meters apart.

"Ready?" you say.

"Yes," she says.

"We'll begin on three," you say. "One. Two. Three!"

You jump, legs going out to shoulder width and arms all the way up to clap, and Raven follows your example as you then jump to brings legs back in and arms to your side.

"One!" you count before repeating the jump. "Two! Three!"

You must admit, there is a lot of bounce in Raven's jumping jacks.

"Four! Five! Six!" you keep counting. "Seven! Eight! Nine! Ten!"

Raven stops as you continue to "Eleven!" which makes you stop.

"What's the matter?" you say.

"I thought we were stopping at ten."

"No, I would've said we were stopping at ten if we were stopping at ten. We're going until you can't keep going."

"What?" she says with an incredulous look on her face.

"Well, how else are you supposed to get better if you don't push past your limits?"

"I don't have to get better when I can just float instead of run," she says. "Like how Beast Boy doesn't have to get muscular when he can just become a bear or T-Rex."

"Hey!" Beast Boy says, sounding offended as he lifts 5kg dumbbells. "At least I try!"

"I want to say lack of muscle tone actually stems from you being Vegan but that feels like I'd be criticizing your life choices," you say. "Also, try giving yourself a stronger base. Feet apart a bit more."

Beast Boy adjusts, and is much smoother with his lifts.

"Alright, back to jumping jacks," you say to Raven.

She sighs but goes along with it.

"On three," you say again. "One. Two. Three!"

"One," Raven counts. "Two. Three. Four. Stop. Staring."

"Sorry," you say quickly.

"Seven," she continues. "Eight. Nine. Ten. Eleven. Twelve. Thirteen. Fourteen."

"You're slowing down," you say.

"Shut up," she says. "Sixteen. ... Seventeen... Eighteehh..."

Raven stops jumping, and keeps herself standing by putting her hands on her knees while she breathes heavily. You get to an even 20 before stopping.

"Deep breath," you say.

Raven breathes in deeply through her nose, standing up straight, and exhales through her mouth.

"Raven," you say with a hand on her shoulder. "I'm afraid that not only are you out of shape, but you are also in denial about being out of shape."

She scowls at you.

"Oh, don't be so upset about it," you say. "Last I knew, my sisters could only do that much, in total."

"Seriously?" she asks with a chuckle.

"Yes, ten each," you chuckle. "Alright, let's keep going."

"No...!" she whines.

"Yes..." you say teasingly. "You need to push your legs to their limit."

"They are..." she groans. "And so are my lungs..."

B) Cool down with Wall Sit
C) Take a break from the workout
