I used to be a line cook. And there was this one time where I made a dish for one of my waitress buddies and she enjoyed it so much, that even though I didn't ask her for a ride home and she was flying halfway down the road, she called up the restaurant to find out if I needed a ride. So take note from Delta Airlines, if you want to treat someone, give them food.
