The title is a bit misleading, because you can also go to a community college or a trade school. But this is a great way to motivate students, and will lead to a lot of future successes that might have just dropped out. Hopefully they emphasize the trade school and internship options, because those will lead to the most jobs. In theory. In practice it will be a colossal failure. Obvious reasons aside, probably the biggest problem I see (besides this toeing the line of constitutionality) is...do the colleges have the capacity/staff to support forced enrollment?
