The only solution that comes to mind is time. Time heals all wounds and does much more than that. It hasn't been that long ago when slavery and Jim Crow was implemented in the US. It hasn't even 100 years since this happened. Even so we have made fantastic progress in solving the problem of racism in a short time. Sure we are facing problems in our day to day lives but is nothing compared to what was happening 50 years ago overall. As time goes and new generations are born and raised in a society with less and less racism then it will eventually be eliminated overall. I know that's not an immediate answer.
