| KarmaMuffin 04/04/17 1:50:59 PM #61: | darkphoenix181 posted... it is kinda funny because sjw of the 90s were pushing colorblindness The idea was to help out minorities by telling racist people to stop treating people differently because of their race That's not inherently a bad thing What is a bad thing is looking at minorities in society who have been hurt by ~200 hundred years of slavery and ~100 years of being second class citizens and treating them the same way as white people It's not that "not seeing color" is racist, that would be dishonest to say, it's that there are real effects on the black community (and other minorities) that white people in the US don't have and to say "well you just see race" is a way for smug people to feel good because of it ...
