I'm sure have ideas of what to do, the best advice for you is to just do it, whatever you think about. don't let your brain psyche you out, because it will try, just do whatever it is. set little goals, don't start out trying to do too much at once. start with small things and you'll slowly become more disciplined and everything will becomes a habit and routine, instead of feeling like it is taking significant effort. --- mr top goon in this thang ...
