I mean, FF10 is only partially him (mostly not him) and that is a Final Fantasy-ass Final Fantasy game. I think the easiest thing to say is that Sakimoto is decided not a traditional FF kind of guy. yeah, he did FFT but FFT's weakest spots are where it steps away from the political and into the fantastical. FF12 tries to do this but without a compelling story or characters. and to be clear, I'm fine with FF12. it's just not up to par with late 90s/early 00s FF which, after a five year gap, was really telling. --- add the c and back away iphonesience ...
