I have quite a few friends get tired of the BS and switch jobs every couple of months and they get hired relatively quickly. I don't know if this would hold true for a higher level job. Conversely, I've only held a couple of jobs and some places I've interviewed for have tried to pigeonhole me into those specific things because they think that's all I can do, so there are pros and cons. I read somewhere in college that our generation averages something like 5 jobs before they find their career, so it's probably okay if you jump around every six months or year. ...
