Topic	Question for those with anxiety.

I felt this strange lingering feeling inside my head which was why I decided with my doctor to lean them off to see if the feeling went away. It of course didn't but at least I'm not on meds anymore. The really weird thing is that it's only my short term memory that has gotten worse. My long term memory still feels like normal and I can easily remember stuff from many years ago. You still have that feeling? Are they brain zaps perhaps?
