I preordered skyrim, paid in full at the time months early. Kept my recept, took it with me to go stand in line around 11 in the michigan winter. Go in and handed my receipt over and the girl says "you don't have a sticker back of the line". I have no fucking clue what she is talking about and give her the "I'm tired, cold, and not interested in playing stupid games" look.
They give me my game, but I was pretty frustrated about it at some later point I learned apparently you go in earlier in the day to get a sticker? But that was never explained to me and the idea sounds pretty fucking stupid to begin with.
So yea, I haven't been back to game stop since just from something so petty.
