I'd say we should fault them at least to an extent, since that's good for us the customer. If this trend leads to like a third of a fighting game's roster being DLC, well then that's a game I would not buy. Hopefully if people make it known that's it's not liked, we can keep the money hounds at bay to some degree.
I'd agree with this if the game had some tiny roster or something and then had 12 characters of DLC.
But it has 38 characters before the DLC.
That's a lot as is.
