So many issues with a flat earth. differing star maps, observable locations of the moon using simple trigonometry, flight plans that wouldn't work, other celestial objects being spheroidal, and the list goes on.

Martymer actually has a pretty nice series of videos covering a lot of the finer details about why a flat earth just doesn't match up to anything we know about physics, even if we try and play by the rules flat earthers provide. The amount of adjustments to the sky to account for all the types of motion that goes on is a hoot.
