This isn't terribly legitimate and goes off the very misinformed public's opinion on any kind of ritual sacrifice. Yeah, came in sort of skeptical. There are very, very, very few cases of legitimate theistic devil worshippers in the world, and even fewer of them committing mass sacrifices and rituals (because, you know, people would notice people going missing every day and turning up dead with ritualistic torture/execution marks). Also, this has sweet fuck all to do with Trump. So these people could get in before but we just didn't notice and now Trump's extra measures are going to stop them even though there has been very little sign of them prior?
