It's not up to Harmonix to dictate to Microsoft where Harmonix would like to be featured, and how, on the Marketplace, and it's not the same across all platforms. On PSN, Harmonix have a 'New Rock Band 3 Releases' bumper in the new releases section. Complain to Microsoft, don't call add-on songs 'illegitimate.'
