Ehhhhh this is the only real leg they have to stand on, and it's quite a stretch.
They've already been trying for a long time to sue for some sort of royalty, but Valve has good enough lawyers that they know exactly what they can and cannot copy from the WC3 mod. I guess this Blizzard's last-ditch effort, to go after the name.
