Honestly I would say it all depends on the girl. Making out is probably bad in general, but some girls might not mind it I guess. Some girls will break up with you for just hanging out with other girls, too.

For me to fit that role, I would have to have a girlfriend and at the same time find a second girl attracted to me. Tall order, and I'm lazy.
Also, it doesn't depend on the girl. It's cheating regardless. It's just what some girls will allow.
