Intelligence seems a faulty definition of life. Are the lives of the intelligent worth more than those of average intelligence, simply because the former are smarter?
Your question has no bearing on whether or not his definition of intelligence is a good indicator. First off, if his definition of "correct to kill" is binary or at the very least talking about crossing some intelligence threshold somewhere between an ant/fetus and an adult human. It's complete nonsense then, to pretend that the Takfloyd's threshold is between "an average intelligence human and a genius" or that he claimed that there was another threshold right where you say it is. Your error seems to stem from conflating "intelligence" as a wide spectrum extending from bacteria all the way up to humans with "intelligence" as the buzzword for how some guys are more awesome than others.
Also your question isn't very good either. What happens if he replies yes? Did you actually plan to hear him out?
