Abortion might be the one issue on the entire planet where it's okay to have cake and eat it too. If a girl gets raped by her uncle, yeah, abort the fetus. You have every right to.
Worth noting here is abortion was introduced into the culture through degrees of incrementalism. At first, "the mother's life being in danger" was considered okay, but the practice wasn't actually called abortion. It was just an emergency surgery. I do agree that this form of "abortion" is okay, but a c-section and attempt to save the fetus should be done if possible.
Remember back when SephG and Muffin made the argument of the slippery slope being a legitimate debating technique? They're correct on that, and for good reason.
