hmm well it kind of depends I would really want to support Quarians (tali ftw) but Geth seem way better to have when fighting the Reapers so yeah (still might pick quarians though cause I have others backing me up as well hopefully)
just based on ME1 Quarians because the geth I know about are trying to kill me
