Melee wasn't as good because I actually had to react to the opponent and what they were doing if I wanted a chance at winning.
Brawl fixed that by allowing me to pick Metaknight and mash the B button in the direction of the person I want to hit. And with the zero gravity mechanics I don't even need to aim my attack after they jump because how could I miss with them being stuck in the air for several seconds?
I'd love a new DOJO but I hope for the new game they make it better by creating it so I only have to press the B button to play and win. Having to use both the control stick AND the B button in tandem is still pretty complex.
