SC has a great campaign, and has the best online service ever provided by a corporation.
SC2 has better gameplay than War 3 (lol herocraft, lol "macroing" in war3), but battle net 2.0 might be the perfect example of whats wrong with gaming now.
War 3 had meh gameplay, meh single player, but godly custom maps (pre DOTA....dota is garbage). War 3's custom community from 02 to like 05 will probably never be seen again. So many good RPGs, minigames, puzzles, insanely hard "get to the end of the maze" types, etc.
This pretty much sums up my thoughts as well.
