Libertarians are not rooting for states to deny gay marriage. That's ridiculous and would make them not libertarians.
Uh, I did not say libertarians as a whole were. I said that many self identified libertarians (including Ron/Rand Paul and our own boards Smartmuffin) do not support gay rights on the state level, they simply do not want the federal government to be involved. If you want to say that makes them not libertarians, whatever, but nothing I said is untrue.
