I put all 316 characters to ever make a character contest in a list, randomized it, and divided it in 30 groups of 10 characters, and 2 groups of 8 characters. In Phase I, I'll give you a group of 10 characters that you'll have to rank from favorite to least favorite using +10 to +1. Each group will have its own topic, which will be up for approx. 24 hours. Their result in this phase will determine their seeding in the bracket.
