Another awesome thing about SS, now that I've had time to dwell on it, is how it actually fulfills the role of being the first chronological game well. The previous "first games", OoT and Minish Cap, were fine, but this game REALLY takes advantage of being first, and sets up/explains the general mythos b-e-a-utifully. Can't get into it too much because this isn't tagged for spoilers, but I'm pretty sure folks who've played it know what I mean. >_>
Shoot, if Nintendo can make a game that explains the "failure" timeline branch as well as this game explains everything else, I might actually accept the new timeline schema!
