Halo parties were the highlight of my high school years, even if I made a total ass of myself once or twice. I never owned an XBox, but I might as well have with as much Halo as I played. Halo 2 multiplayer was so amazing, and the map pack that eventually came out was just as stellar.

Of course, I also had blasts with Melee and Double Dash, so GameCube was indeed amazing for local.

Brute force.... good... I dunno about thattt (Christopher Walken voice)

It was a fun game to play with four people. I never tried it single player.

This is the first I've heard of anybody else having ever played Brute Force. The similarities continue to pile up. A couple of cousins and I powered through that game after renting it once. Good fun.
