This is it; this topic solidifies the bottom 75 positions on our list of Top 100 Pokemon. Rather than allow the computer to decide the close ones based on multiple-criteria tiebreakers, I have chosen to allow the users to decide! Vote carefully, because your decisions here will shape the order of the Top 100, as well as determine the last few in! Voting in this topic will last for 24 hours from the time of this post
Note that the order has been randomized, so no solid conclusions can be drawn about the final order. Not all Pokemon who made the list will be present, and just because a Pokemon is in a match in this topic does not mean they are guaranteed a spot on the list. In addition, members of the Top 25 will not appear here, as they will have their own "tiebreaker" system in Round 4, which has yet to occur.
For matches containing 2 Pokemon, simply vote for the Pokemon you like more.
For matches containing 3 Pokemon, please rank them in order, assigning 1, 2, and 3 points to them (with 3 points going to your favorite and 1 point to the one you like least). Edit: Inequalities are also acceptable.
