You are literally delusional. The Obama administration demanded language be removed that would have protected citizens from unlawful arrest. He lied about his threat to veto the bill. Period.

You can pretend this isn't fact all you want, but that doesn't make it so. The bill declares all of America a "battleground", and anyone suspected of being a terrorist can be arrested and tortured with no trial or jury. Period.
