I just watched through the prequel trilogy again and I can say for sure that Phantom Menace is the worst. Which isn't saying much because they all suck. Revenge of the Sith had the only great scene in the whole trilogy though, which was Order 66. Although that's mainly because of John Williams.
I always actually fall asleep when watching TPM. Every time. It never fails.
