"I don't consistently have friends available to play the game clearly means I don't have social connections"

Stop defending the godawful system with your idiotic retorts. The fact that you are forced to do duo to progress is terrible.

No one is FORCED to do anything.

But if you want to raise your chances to win then you will duo. Red and I COULD play without each other, but we choose not to.

My alt just hit level 30 so I can actually play ranked games by myself or with people who I would never duo with on my main, but the fact is that caring about my main ELO means that it is in my best interest to only play with red.

No one is going to force you to solo Q and "suffer the consequences". If you weigh your options and you think that it is too risky then don't do it?

Also please keep in mind that the top top players do not have dedicated DuoQ partners. They earn their 2k+ ELO single-handedly by being that damn good. And if red and I played without each other it would probably be a much bumpier road but I think we will still show progress, just not as swiftly as we do together. And being Duo only still didn't stop us from having some very nasty losing streaks this season. It's just standard variance, but as long as you are consistently playing at a high level then you will see it through.

You heard the kind of players I've had >.<

Hell, my last game, I was mid Karth against Kennen, Soraka/Vayne bot against Graves/Sona, Amumu jungle, Wukong vs Panth top.
Everyone but mid lost their lanes horribly, game ended 2/12, with me having the only two kills(Amumu farmed minions while I ulted Graves who was right next to him, who got away with 10 HP)

These players show up on your opposing team too. People are too quick to assume that the "worst of the worst" only show up as allies, but they are out there. Your job isn't just to play a good game in your own right, but to identify the worst aspects of the enemy team and to exploit it.

And try not to go overboard with the trolling or get yourself banned, but sometimes a snide comment in /All can be just the thing needed to destabilize someone on the opposing team. LoL has mental aspects to it as well, which your complaints only seem to prove.
