Games I stopped halfway through, and kinda feel bad about it:
Valkyria Chronicles
Dragon Age: Origins
LittleBigPlanet
inFamous
I'd still recommend trying all four of those, but after getting busy with other stuff, I just never got a chance to get back to them.
If you've ever played Disgaea 1 or 2 and liked them, 3 and 4 are must-buys. I had 90 logged in on both and am still nowhere close to 'being done' with the Post-Game.
Uncharted 1 is all I have played of the series. It's good. The visuals are probably the best part. I do want to get the other games, as I've heard they are even better.
3D Dot Game Hero is cool if you like A Link to the Past style RPGs.
MGS4 was cool, but probably my least favorite in the entire MGS series. Some people feel the opposite, but it just didn't have the same 'tactical espionage action' of the other games, especially in the boss fights, I felt.
Portal 2, the Batman games and Borderlands, if you somehow haven't, yet.
Outland is a really cool game on the Playstation Network, as is PixelJunk Monsters.
God of War 3 is pretty sweet. I beat it fairly quickly, which was my least favorite part,
