The girl is wearing a high waisted uhh.. skort? I'm not really sure what that is, but even though I know that is "in style" atm, it's been traditionally a bad choice for having a slim image.Not saying wearing low rise makes a muffin top go away, but high rise clothing does nothing for almost anyones figure.
She also has that sunburn on her arm, which is kinda distracting, and it's actually the very first thing I noticed. Her angle in the picture is bad too as it makes her shoulders look broader and back wider with out really giving a correct profile.
I will say her legs look a little thicker than average though, even from that angle (which is bad for her) I can still guess they are bigger than Mer's who is standing right there obviously. WAIT..
