Family of 10, as in she has 9 siblings and all of them have offspring who also may have offspring?
My dad was the youngest of 9. I honestly could not tell you how many people are in my family, and I don't even have all the names memorized still >_>
EDIT: I mean like most of the children. I have several cousins who already have kids, and I have trouble remembering all their names. I know all my aunts/uncles and cousins... I think.
