So I was reading this interesting topic on SRK about Chun in 3S. The opinion come to there was that Chun drops from top tier to high mid tier when you use one of her other supers. Because with those, she can't force you to block down and get free throws because of it, and take half your life if you don't.
That got me thinking - how good is Yun without Genei Jin? Every Yun I've ever seen builds meter until he can get it and then abuses you and then starts over. Is he even a good character without it?
