His meter usage is pretty sorry. His Drive usage is alright. Burn Knuckle>DC into stuff works well. He's pretty much a battery. 2B>2A>2C>214A is strong. j.C is a great jump in, j.D is godlike air to air (Beats up everyone who isn't King or Andy) far D is a solid poke, j.B and j.CD are okay antiair options. But really Terry has bad specials. Great normals tho and his one stock options are meh, worst Neomax in the game, Power Geyser is okay damage wise but has limited viablity as a stand alone move in this game, Buster wolf is good for combos because of the fast start up speed allowing it to connect after burn knuckle>DC>Crack Shoot>Buster Wolf midscreen. Shrug.
