I don't know who these "hax force users" are, but no one is stronger than Luke at his prime. Force powers are sometimes exaggerated between characters, for instance, there's no way The Apprentice was as strong as the games made him appear (the second game doesn't even exist, you can't freakin' CLONE THE FORCE).
Besides, Luke has powers you've probably never even heard of.
